As a founder of McCabe + Partners, a B-Corp certified firm and champion of CSR and social impact, Ben leads Gulf for Good’s corporate engagement strategy, connecting businesses with purpose-driven initiatives that create lasting change.

With over 20 years of executive HR leadership experience across the Middle East and international markets, Chris brings a wealth of strategic, commercial, and people-focused expertise to Gulf for Good. As the founder of WorkWell HR, he has helped organisations strengthen leadership, build high-performing cultures, and navigate growth and transformation with clarity and purpose. Chris’ experience leading organisational change and culture development in complex, fast-paced environments gives him a strong understanding of how to build sustainable, values-led organisations. His commercially minded and pragmatic approach will support Gulf for Good as it continues to grow its impact, strengthen its people and culture, and deliver meaningful social and environmental change. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management, Chris is passionate about ethical leadership, community impact, and helping purpose-driven organisations thrive.

With over 30 years of experience as a serial founder across Europe, the Middle East, and Australasia, Naz leads Gulf For Good’s global Challenges and Events, focusing on creating life-changing experiences that raise money to support children around the world.

Lisa King has helped brands tell their stories for over 25 years. Having re-located from London to Dubai in 2016, she co-founded Tales & Heads and now works across geographies to help brands, businesses and Governments develop communication strategies and deliver campaigns that change perceptions and influence behaviour. She also works extensively with C-Suite, defining corporate narratives and engaging regional and global media, as well as advising on reputational challenges.  Lisa is very proud to join the board at Gulf For Good and will work closely with team to build the brand, grow the community and showcase the great impact of the charity’s work.
