As the founder of WorkWell HR, he has helped organisations strengthen leadership, build high-performing cultures, and navigate growth and transformation with clarity and purpose.

Chris’ experience leading organisational change and culture development in complex, fast-paced environments gives him a strong understanding of how to build sustainable, values-led organisations. His commercially minded and pragmatic approach will support Gulf for Good as it continues to grow its impact, strengthen its people and culture, and deliver meaningful social and environmental change.

A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management, Chris is passionate about ethical leadership, community impact, and helping purpose-driven organisations thrive.
